We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Mrs Caroline L, December 2015: Owners were friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet, pleasant and very clean. Good breakfast.
Ms Megumi N, November 2015: Was looked after by a lovely couple. Rooms clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent.
Mr Neil T, November 2015: Half an hour's walk from town, nice place, very welcoming hosts.
Dr Caroline C, October 2015: Very convenient for our requirements. Room and ensuite clean and comfortable. Breakfast promptly served and freshly cooked. Our window overlooked a noisy main road to centre of Oxford, not a problem for us but if you have trouble sleeping take earplugs! I will be very likely to book here again when I come to Oxford.
Mr Maximilian K, September 2015: Milka's Guest House is a very good place to stay when visiting Oxford. Although it is not in the center the rooms and service is outstanding for the price you pay. All members of the family where very kind and friendly. The only thing i could argue about is the early breakfast (till 9) and check out time (till 10). (Specially on Sundays). All over the stay was excellent and I would definitely stay again at Milkas's.
Mr Brian R, August 2015: The owner was really fantastic, and met each request with a smile. Rooms very clean and more than adequate for our stay. I would stay again if the need arises.
Mr Julian S, August 2015: Generally wonderful--convenient, good breakfast, room is certainly adequate. Only one complaint "The bed-and-breakfast offers continental breakfast and there's a free shuttle within the city limits."
Actually, it doesn't tell you that you need to book that service in advance. And when I pointed this out, I was angrily told that this was explained on the website. Not true--see above
Mr Jonathan W, May 2015: Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy B&B..a little dated décor wise but perfectly homely. Easy access to town. Good place to stay.
Mr Thomas C, July 2014: Lovely place and very friendly service. Very frequent buses to city centre w/ bus stop just outside. Highly recommended!
Prof Ian R, June 2014: Very pleasant people and environment
Mr Bob S, August 2013: Provided fan due to exceptional temperature. Were very helpful to let us leave car until 1200 on day of leaving. Very pleasant.
